Hobsons Bay Churches
The Hobsons Bay Churches meeting is for anyone in the church of Hobsons bay interested in discussing, facilitating, planning and carrying out the events and ministries that we do together. It generally meets monthly on Tuesday night, sometimes at Beth Tephillah Ministry Centre, 55 Park Crescent, Williamstown, and occasionally elsewhere. Contact Ps Stephen Holt for details (9395 1543 ).
Hobsons Bay Pastors Network
The pastors and their spouses meet every Thursday morning for prayer from 8am - 9am. The venue rotates around various churches, and is set at the meeting.
They also meet for a BYO lunch from 12noon until about 2pm on the first Thursday of the month at Beth Tephillah Ministry Centre, 55 Park Crescent, Williamstown. Others in church leadership apart from pastors are also welcome on every even month.
New pastors from the area will be invited to these meetings when they arrive in the City. Check the Pastors Page for more information.
Hobsons Bay Intercessors
Hobsons Bay Intercessors meet for fellowship, discussion, training and prayer on the first Saturday evening of the month at 7pm at Beth Tephillah Ministry Centre, 55 Park Crescent, Williamstown. 2007 Christmas Carols are coming!
Both events start at 6pm with children's activities, 7pm for pre-carols entertainment, and 8pm Carols. Come along, bring the kids, worship Jesus, and have fun.
The star-studded Christmas Festival at Williamstown Church of Christ is an event you will want to check out this year. It will be a great way to spend an hour and connect with the meaning of Christmas. When you drive around to see houses lit up beautifully with Christmas lights, add the Christmas Festival to your calendar.

When: December 14, 15, 20, 21 and 22.
Opening hours: 8pm - 10.30pm.
Awakening Expo Day 2008
Coming up, on 16 February next year, is an opportunity to meet together face to face, and hear some of the stories from the past year, and to gear up for 2008. Each year, the Expo Day is an opportunity to connect with other people wanting to make a difference in their community, and to get trained in all sorts of areas, with workshops on balloon sculpting and face painting, through to ‘putting on an Advent Pageant.’ National Director of the Awakening and Founding President of Fusion, Mal Garvin will be joining us, to share his unique perspective on community transformation in Australia and across the globe.
The Expo Day will run from 9.00am to 4.00pm. Location is to be confirmed, but will likely be in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
